OSHO Pulsation

Embracing the energy of all your emotions

“You are a pulsation, not a dead entity, and that pulsation exists in a deep harmony with the real. But you have forgotten that pulsation. You have created a dead ego, a concept – I am – and this I am is always against the whole: defending itself, struggling, in conflict, in war.”  Osho

Your session will start with a gentle and non-judgmental review of the issues you feel are interfering with your aliveness. Your facilitator will support you in recognizing the connections between areas of muscular tension, breath restriction, and your underlying emotional blocks – the blocks that form the dead ego – the who that you only imagine you are.
Fully clothed you will lie on a mattress in a safe space where you can express fully.
Your facilitator will be present to hold the space and support you to enter into full body breathing and express any sounds or movements that arise. Touch may be applied to particular areas of your body, and you will be guided into making bodily movements in order to allow for further release of muscular tension.
The aim is for you to become more comfortable with the practice of free-flowing deep breathing and become more flexible, physically and emotionally.

Do you find yourself unable to follow through with your creative plans? Do you have unexpected emotional outbursts that leave you feeling diminished and ashamed? Do you often feel lonely and isolated?
Emotions that we have repressed continue to lurk around in the unconscious feeding on our neglect and locking up our energy as we tighten up to keep it all pushed down.
It only takes a little courage to take the first jump into freedom and learning to embrace all your emotions is that leap.
By allowing and embracing all our energies we become a unique, free-flowing, dance of energy, at one with ourselves and the universe.

  • To understand that your reactions come from within you – not from outside
  • How to release the patterns of tension that underly your emotional reactions
  • To tune into your felt body and understand how emotions form the basis of your actions
  • What it feels like to be vulnerable and trusting with another person

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
  • An individual session of 60 or 90 minutes with an experienced facilitator
  • An initial review of any emotional issues you wish to explore
  • Directions regarding OSHO Meditations that may support you at this stage of your journey
