Throughout the year 1-hour, drop-in classes are held in the early morning.
These can be combined with any of the other programs you choose to do during the day.

Chi Gong

Tai Chi
This short form is designed to introduce the basics of Tai Chi and its principles at any level. Based on Yang-Style Tai Chi, the form evolved from more traditional approaches, with an emphasis on fluidity, dynamics, relaxation and internal flow throughout the body.
To help the learning process and the integration of OSHO Form, we use different Taoists aspects of Push-Hands, as well as visualization and relaxation.
Zen Archery
Kyudo, the Way of the Bow, works with postures, movements, breathing techniques and the energy of the Hara Center, to release the arrow from a state of let go.
A meditation to learn how to use your Hara and breath, and tuning in your verticality.

Centering movements based on the work of G.I. Gurdjieff, where mind and body create a new sense of presence, inner rhythm, silence and grace.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga helps to balance body and mind via physical postures (Asanas), breathing techniques (Pranayama), relaxation and meditation.
The asanas are practiced slow and with static holds and emphasise strength, endurance and flexibility.
They generate heat in the body.
It will help you recognise your hidden physical and mental potentials.

These exercises for the body were inspired by ancient Chinese and Japanese meditative exercises and have been adapted to the needs and realities of today’s modern people.
