Meditation Plus – 7, 14 or 30 Days
This residential program at the OSHO International Meditation Resort, Pune, India, allows you to devote 7, 14 or 30 days just for yourself, combining OSHO Multiversity courses, sessions, classes, and a full program of life-changing meditations.
Includes the following OSHO Multiversity participation:
- Meditation Plus - 30 days: 7 full course days or 7 individual sessions of 90 mins
- Meditation Plus - 14 days: 5 full course days or 5 individual sessions of 90 mins
- Meditation Plus - 7 days: 3 full course days or 3 individual sessions of 90 mins,
or the 7-day, 2-hour-a-day Meditative Therapies OSHO No-Mind or OSHO Born Again
- Additional sessions and course days can be booked separately.

A full course day includes the OSHO Dynamic Meditation, OSHO Kundalini Meditation, and The OSHO Evening Meeting, in addition to your Multiversity Group program from 9.30 am to 4 pm

During non-course days, the Meditation Plus program includes the full daily meditation program from 6.00 am to 8.30 pm
- Also included are night events and the open-air classes in Buddha Grove
- Accommodation in a single occupancy room with attached bathroom, weekly cleaning, and laundry, in one of the houses on campus. Rooms are allocated as per availability.

From 1 March to 30 November 2025:
- Meditation Plus – 30 days - 144,450 INR
Scheduled only for March, August, October, November 2025:
- Meditation Plus – 14 days - 92,450 INR
- Meditation Plus – 7 days - 52,950 INR

Staying Longer:
If you decide to stay longer, you are of course welcome to extend your stay by reapplying for another Meditation Plus program or changing to any other Living In program – subject to availability.
Once you have received your acceptance letter, you will need to send a non-refundable deposit, with final confirmation of your arrival date, within 5 days. That will confirm your place on the program.
All courses and sessions are held in English, translators may be available. The meditative therapies are non-verbal processes and so only a minimal translation is required.
