Our bodies are energy, our minds are energy, and our consciousness is energy. The only difference is of wavelength. If all these three energies function in harmony we are healthy and whole. But this harmony has been lost and we are split. Cut off from the natural wisdom of the body, the mind tries to find solutions but without feedback and cooperation from the body it cannot do much to help.Harnessing your self-healing energies
In a light trance, combining let go with alertness, explore and befriend your bodymind's creative and self-healing energies. You will then be able to focus these energies on specific issues, such as smoking, eating imbalances, insomnia, aches and pains, anything that needs to be brought again to wholeness and balance.Sitting or lying down, you will be guided into a space of relaxed awareness using gentle soothing music and spaces of silence.

- An individual session of 60 or 90 minutes with an experienced facilitator
- A guided meditative process to support you in relearning the language of the body
- Time to discuss any questions you may have, with your facilitator
- Directions regarding OSHO Meditations that may support you at this stage of your journey
