Creating and singing our own song is a fun and profound way to reawaken the creativity within, so that it can begin to transform every aspect of our lives.
Creativity is a two-way door to our inner world: to silence as we dive inside, and to celebration as that silence becomes a song we can enjoy and share with others.
You can create a tangible keepsake – a musical reminder – of the moments you've lived and the insights you've gained during your stay at the meditation resort.

• To take a step into articulating precious moments and insights in music
• Some rudiments of songwriting

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

• An individual session of 60 or 90 minutes with an experienced facilitator
• Directions regarding OSHO Meditations that may support you at this stage of your journey
• Materials are provided, but you are invited to bring a water bottle and your phone to record your song
