Mentastics are a series of simple, gentle, playful exercises that allow us to move in comfortable ways to release tension and stress from the bodymind. Using gravity and momentum we stretch, open, and effortlessly move the joints and tissues. The movements are carefully designed so that the muscles and joints to be addressed are passively affected, allowing the body to respond naturally and easily without stress. The subtle dance between feeling, sensing and moving invites holding patterns, stress, stiffness and pain to let go.

You will benefit from a new feeling of lightness, effortless effort, balance and clarity which you can easily recall in all your daily activities, whether behind the computer, in sport, yoga, meditation or housework.
