A powerful experience of the connection between voice, emotion and energy

The voice is a powerful tool for self-exploration and transformation. Healing Sounds is an opportunity to experience the ways in which your voice can increase your health and happiness and deepen your meditation.
Vocal sound is intimately connected to emotion, and emotion is rooted in the body. Working with voice and sound provides an outlet for stuck emotions, and a space to explore your emotional boundaries safely, and without judgement.
Through this work we also learn how to be in control of our voice; to use it with skill and confidence – to be in a space of relaxation and let-go while remaining grounded and centered.
