As all creativity is born out of the womb of inner silence, the first part of our journey will be to use sound, music, song and guided meditations to take us to our center. Then, relaxing there, songs and music of great beauty and celebration can manifest.

This is an enjoyable, adventurous course open to everyone with a love of meditation and music. No musical skills required!
